Shipping Policy

United Kingdom

All items posted in the UK are sent via a insured courier service. The shipping time for this service is 24-48 hours delivery. Please note during busy periods we reserve the right to extend delivery times as all items are hand made and production time is extended.

Once your item has been sent from our warehouse it should arrive within 2 working days of receiving the email. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us if your item has still not arrived after receiving the dispatch email.


Christmas Deliveries

We do not guarantee any orders to arrive in time for Christmas if they are ordered after  specified date.  This will be advertised on our website when we receive the details from royal mail which is usually around the 15th.


International Delivery

Items sent via International Delivery are sent via Royal Mail. Your item will be sent from our warehouse within 48 hours we otain proof of postage and insurance.

This service offers delivery from Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide 5-7 working days. You will also be notified by email once your item has been collected for delivery from our warehouse and your item should arrive within 5 working days for Europe and 7 working days Worldwide after receiving the email.

Return & Warranty



A return (cancellation of an order) can be done only within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests submitted after the 48 hour period can not be processed because each controller we make is processed on a “Made to order” basis. Your order is built to your specifications making the product unique to you, therefor there is a £10 cancellation fee after 48 hours.

The above rules do not apply if you choose from the prebuilt section (48 Hours Dispatch). This is because your order is processed the second you make the order.



We offer a 90 day warranty period on all our products, this includes paint defects, repair or replacement. This only applies if the issue is deemed an issue that was through no fault of the customer.

This Warranty does not cover excessive wear or damage to the controller. Examples are; twisted cables, water damage, controller being dropped, using metal thumbsticks etc. If you require more in-depth information regarding any warranty conditions, contact customer support. All controllers that are returned will be inspected to determinate the cause of the fault and the client will be informed of the result.

For any other types of fault on the controller that are not covered by the warranty we will try to help as much as we can. In extreme cases sometimes a fee may be necessary due to the value of the damage.

If your controllers warranty period has expired we still offer a repair service. — fees apply.

If you are shipping an item over £50/$75, we strongly advise using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused during transit to us.

For every return the customer is responsibile for the shipping fees.
